TURNING POINT MINISTRIES

It was the year 1991, when the LORD JESUS stopped me on my ‘Damascus’ road journey. Today, 16 years later, as I Look back at my pass life, truly I can say, if JESUS did-not stop me, I would have stopped myself, and would have ‘died, before my time!” For this cause I can truly say: “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is ‘longsuffering to us-ward,’ not ‘willing that any should perish,’ but that ‘all should come to repentance.’ 2 PETER 3:9. But, as I continue to study the ‘Word of GOD’ to “show myself approved unto God” I’m amaze of some of the things I see taking place in Christendom, which are not Biblical. In fact, I have talked with many who say they are Christians, but, when asks to give a Biblical account to what they believe, they cannot. This, ‘saddens’ me! I’m Sad because GOD’S children my friends, are being: “…tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine…” EPHESIANS 4:14. But, there’s no excuse for this! For GOD’S Children are told to: “Study to show (themselves) approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 TIMOTHY 2:15. Hence, GOD’S Children are being taken, for a ride! Hey, and their eyes are wide-open. For they are not Studying, and the many of our Preachers, aren’t studying either. Question: ‘are there any watchmen left?’ Yes; I hear Mr. Watchmen say! Well, Mr. Watchmen, the time has come for you to: “Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and show (GOD’S) people their transgression, and the house of Jacob (and the Bahamas) their sins.” ISAIAH 58:1. In fact, the Bible tells US: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will (they) hear from heaven, and (GOD) will forgive their sin, and (HE) will heal their land.” 2 CHRONICLES 7:14. But, the more ‘we pray’ the wicked, our land become. I Wonder why! Well my friends, let US stop this wondering, right now, and ask ourselves a few questions, from the text. Have WE truly ‘humble ourselves?’ Have WE truly ‘sought GOD’S face?’ Have WE truly: ‘turn from our wicked ways?’ HAVE WE? If you are one who dear to say; YES! Then surly, you haven’t study the text. Hence, many of US are like those seven women Isaiah talked about when he said: “And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be ‘called by thy name,’ to take away ‘our reproach.” ISAIAH 4:1. In other words, ‘save US in our sins, Lord’ when ever, you return. But, based on what is being reported in our news paper, the ‘Healing Rally’ is on the way. For next week Sunday, Pastor Benny Hinn should be in town. He will be hosted at the BFM Diplomat Center. In case, one may think I’m advertising, or promoting this event, I’m not. But, this is a call for all who plan to attend, ‘to stop,’ and ask themselves a few questions. One of them being, does Benny Hinn teach GOD’S Children to ‘keep all of the Commandments of GOD?’ Which Spirit is it that is leading Benny Hinn? For the Bible tells US, the: “…Holy Ghost, (is) ….given to them that obey him.” ACTS 5:32. Again I ask; is Pastor Hinn being led by the ‘Holy Ghost?’ If you are one, who is being led by the SPIRIT of GOD, I’m sure you know the answer. If not; GOD help you! There’s a saying which says: “birds of a feather; flock together!” If this is true; would it be safe to say that, Dr. Myles Munroe also believes in the Ministry of Benny Hinn? I think it would be safe; for one to come to that conclusion. If not; for what reason would he be having Hinn, at his church? Or, could it be to ________ them? Hinn is also known for ‘his’ so-call ‘slain in the spirit’ style of worship. This experiences should leave many asking themselves, was it, is it, of GOD. If you are one who was once ‘slain by this spirit’ I have a question, better yet, GOD have a question for you. Which Spirit is it, that ‘knocks’ you-out? Truly, it’s not the HOLY SPIRIT! But if by chance you thing it is, then can you think of one place in the Bible where any of GOD’S children were ‘slain in the spirit?’ In fact, the job of the HOLY SPIRIT is to bring You and I too the reality of ‘OUR SINS!’ Not to knock US out! Friends, the ‘Emotionalism of Christianity’ is at work. Be not deceived!
